What is the dosage and how should it be used?
Formestane is not orally bioavailable and during initial clinical trials was administered by deep intramuscular injection twice a month.
The injection form of formestane is not marketed any more, however a topical form of formestane should be soon available. The exact dosage of treatment has not yet been determined.
